Quality Director, Board Member, Sberbank Technologies
I began my career in 1998 as a software developer, then I decided to develop a software engineering. First place in this area — the company CBOSS, where I rose from the process engineer to the team leader software development technologies. Next continued to engage with the optimization of the production processes of IT in the banking sector, where the first bank — is Alfa-Bank.
Sberbank one of the most significant projects was the “Factory of development”, the main result of which was the increase in the production process capability development center up to level 3 CMMI.
Currently I’m working the Quality Director in “Sberbank Technologies” and solve the problem of improving the quality of developed and implemented solutions and, as a consequence, increase customer satisfaction.
Development factory: findings, dilemmas, and pitfalls of 4-year maneuvering
The presentation is about a 4-year experience in software process improvement of Competence Center Sberbank-Technology.
In the format of the dialogue we will discuss the following aspects of the passed way:
- How to make friends “waterfall” and Agile in the corporate culture;
- Is it possible to set all roles and teams for one ALM tool;
- Is it possible to gather the best of process engineers in one team;
- Is need a bonus for process implementation and what is more important in the motivation system;
- Particularly of implementation Enterprise-level processes (2 countries, 10 + sites, 4000 + employees).
