Operations Director, Intel

Igor Kaloshin is Manager of SSG Operations Director with Intel Russia. His responsibilities include the alignment and support of effective coordination of business processes, such as the creation of a stable infrastructure and a favorable environment for productive employees. His career in information technology began in 1999 as an engineer testing a compact Java virtual machine with Elbrus MCST. After only 2 months he was made leader of this group of developers.

At the end of 2002, Mr. Kaloshin moved to head the St. Petersburg branch of Elbrus MCST. In June 2004, he became the head of the newly opened Intel Corporation R&D center in St. Petersburg, and continues to lead the team to this day. At the end of 2006, he took on the additional role of Operations Manager of software development in Russia.

Currently the SSG unit is the largest division of Intel Russia.
