In my presentation I would like to introduce several stakeholder management problems I had in different projects and share the problem-solving experience. These findings can be useful for everyone who deals with different actors on the customer’s side.

System Analyst, Return on Intelligence

Evgenia began her career as software tester in Return on Intelligence (Exigen Services then). Besides her main responsibility she also actively took part in business analysis, and after six months that led to her official promotion to junior business analyst. Currently Evgenia is senior analyst in Return on Intelligence. Beside business and system analysis her professional interests include managing customer expectations, effective customer communication, managing risks and requirements changing of the projects.
